We will process the request within 14 days and confirm by email when complete. Note: cancelling your membership on the membership platform does not automatically delete your data from our systems — you must submit a deletion request separately if you want your data removed.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your membership is active. Following a deletion request or membership cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
8. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies (session authentication). We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for membership management, video delivery, and file storage. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for those services to function.
10. Children
